Delivery is free on any order above AED 300. Below that, a standard fee of AED 30 applies. The fee shows at checkout before you pay, so there is no surprise at the door.
Delivery Fees
We accept orders between [INSERT opening time] and [INSERT closing time]. Orders placed close to the cut-off may go out the next morning instead. If timing matters, call or WhatsApp us and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Order Cut-Off Times
Our driver may ask to see your ID. This is not optional for us. If the person receiving the order cannot show proof that they are 18 or over, the driver will not hand it over.
The order then returns to us. We explain what happens next in our returns policy.
Age Verification on Delivery
Our driver will call the number on the order. If there is no answer, they wait a short time and then leave.
We will contact you to arrange a second attempt. A second delivery fee may apply if the first failed attempt was not our fault.
If Nobody Is Home
We send updates by WhatsApp or SMS to the number you gave us. You get a message when the order is confirmed, and another when the driver is on the way.

How fast is delivery in Dubai?
Orders to Dubai arrive within 1 to 2 hours of confirmation. Ajman and Sharjah are the same.
Do you deliver to Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Abu Dhabi orders arrive within 12 hours. Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah are also within 12 hours.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery works in every emirate we ship to. Card payment is also accepted.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free above AED 300. Below that, the fee is [INSERT delivery fee], shown at checkout.
Will the driver ask for ID?
The driver may ask. If you cannot show that you are 18 or over, the order goes back with them.
Do you deliver at night?
