You must be 18 years of age or older to buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are.

We may ask for proof of age at checkout, on delivery, or both. If we cannot verify your age, we will cancel the order.

We do not sell to minors under any circumstances.

Eligibility

All prices appear in AED and include VAT.

We try to keep prices and stock accurate. Errors happen. If we find a pricing error after you order, we will contact you before shipping. You can then confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging may differ from the photo.

Products and Pricing

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order, not when you click checkout.

If an item is out of stock after you order, we will tell you. You can swap it, wait, or cancel.

We may refuse or cancel any order. Reasons include suspected resale, suspected underage buyers, an address we do not serve, or suspected fraud.

Placing an Order

Delivery times and fees are set out in our shipping and delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.

The times we give are targets based on normal conditions. Traffic, weather, and other events outside our control can delay an order. We will keep you informed if that happens.

Delivery

You can cancel before the order leaves us. Call or WhatsApp +971509677031 and we will stop it.

Once the driver has left, cancellation is treated as a refused delivery. Our returns policy covers what happens then

 

Cancellations

Our returns and refund policy sets out what can be returned and how. It forms part of these terms.

Returns

Do not buy from us for resale unless we have agreed to it in writing.

Do not buy on behalf of anyone under 18. Do not use false details when ordering. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or its security.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.

How You May Not Use the Site

Our products contain nicotine, which is addictive. They are for adults who already use nicotine.

Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of The Federal Judiciary - The UAE Government.

Any dispute will be handled by The  UAE Court System.

Governing Law

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
